My Lithia is a story about tired youth—grace, sensitivity, strength and confident faith. The story flares up in an unbearable light between guesses and fantasies about the future, where the cicadas scratch and get angry along with the measured rustle of cypress trees, and the late Crimean sun tenderly kisses the shoulder.
